Terms of use

These terms apply to authorized use of JR Field Ops, the internal customer synchronization and reporting program operated by JR Property Solutions LLC.

Authorized use

The company permits its authorized personnel to use Field Ops for company operations. Access is limited to the scope assigned by the company administrator and may be removed when authorization ends. Do not share credentials, expose the local dashboard publicly, access another company’s records without authorization, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Connections and source services

Only a person authorized by the company may approve a connection to Google, JobTread, or Intuit QuickBooks. Those services remain subject to their own agreements. Customer synchronization can create and update customer information in the configured services when enabled by the administrator. Conflicts require review. The Field Ops revenue integration reads accounting data for reporting; it is not a payment-processing service or a replacement for the source accounting system.

Forecasts and verified revenue

Forecasts are estimates based on the current master-sheet rates and assumptions. Weather, cancellations, service changes, pricing changes, and other events can affect actual revenue. The snow forecast’s progress line is a budget allocation across the season, not a prediction of storm dates.

Displayed actuals include records that meet the app’s verification rules. Missing, ambiguous, or conflicting records can be excluded pending review. A refresh is requested every five seconds while a Revenue tab is visible, but service delays, unavailable connections, and rate limits can delay results. Check the last successful verification time and review exceptions before relying on a total.

Responsibilities and availability

Users must confirm material figures against source records before billing, tax reporting, payroll, or other financial decisions. The administrator is responsible for controlling computer access, maintaining suitable backups, managing credentials, and reviewing exceptions. Field Ops does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free forecasts and is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Privacy and ending access

The privacy policy describes data use and local storage. The company may end a user’s access. The administrator can revoke a service authorization in that service and arrange removal of local cached records. Revocation does not automatically erase local copies or company backups.
