Disconnect QuickBooks

In Field Ops, open Account setup → QuickBooks → Disconnect Field Ops from QuickBooks. Confirm and select Disconnect QuickBooks to revoke this app’s access.

An authorized QuickBooks administrator can manage or disconnect the JR Field Ops Revenue app from QuickBooks’ connected-app settings. If it is not listed, the production connection may not have been completed.

This information page does not revoke access by itself. After revocation, Field Ops may display previously verified figures with their last successful verification time. Reconnecting requires new authorization.

Disconnecting inside Field Ops removes the saved active token after Intuit confirms revocation. Revoking in QuickBooks does not automatically erase local credentials. Previously cached records and backups remain. Neither method disconnects JobTread’s separate QuickBooks integration. Ask the company administrator to remove those local copies and address any company backups if deletion is required.
